【摘要】:Liquidpenetrantexaminationmethodsindicatethepresence,location,and,toalimitedextent,thenatureandmagnitudeofthedetecteddiscontinuities.Thistestmethodisnormallyusedforproductionexaminationofcriticalcomponentsorstructureswhen(a)removalofexcessiveamountsofpenetrantfromdiscontinuitiesusingawater-washableprocesscanbeaproblemand(b)theuseofahydrophilicremoverisimpractical.1.1Thistestmethodcoversproceduresforfluorescentliquidpenetrantexaminationutilizingthelipophilicpost-emulsificationprocess.Itisanondestructivetestingmethodfordetectingdiscontinuitiesthatareopentothesurfacesuchascracks,seams,laps,coldshuts,laminations,throughleaks,orlackoffusionandisapplicabletoin-process,final,andmaintenanceexamination.Itcanbeeffectivelyusedintheexaminationofnonporous,metallicmaterials,bothferrousandofnonmetallicmaterialssuchasglazedorfullydensifiedceramicsandcertainnonporousplasticsandglass.1.2Thistestmethodalsoprovidesareference:1.2.1Bywhichafluorescentliquidpenetrantexamination,lipophilicpost-emulsificationprocessrecommendedorrequiredbyindividualorganizationscanbereviewedtoascertainitsapplicabilityandcompleteness.1.2.2Foruseinthepreparationofprocessspecificationsdealingwiththefluorescentpenetrantexaminationofmaterialsandpartsusingthelipophilicpost-emulsificationprocess.Agreementbythepurchaserandthemanufacturerregardingspecifictechniquesisstronglyrecommended.1.2.3Foruseintheorganizationofthefacilitiesandpersonnelconcernedwiththeliquidpenetrantexamination.1.3Thistestmethoddoesnotindicateorsuggeststandardsforevaluationoftheindicationsobtained.Itshouldbepointedout,however,thatindicationsmustbeinterpretedorclassifiedandthenevaluated.Forthispurposetheremustbeaseparatecodeorspecificationoraspecificagreementtodefinethetype,size,location,anddirectionofindicationsconsideredacceptable,andthoseconsideredunacceptable.1.4Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.SIunitsareprovidedforinformationonly.1.5Allareasofthisdocumentmaybeopentoagreementbetweenthecognizantengineeringorganizationandthesupplier,orspecificdirectionfromthecognizantengineeringorganization.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thisstandardappliestoswitches,disconnectors,switch-disconnectorsandfuse-combinationunitstobeusedindistributioncircuitsandmotorcircuitsofwhichtheratedvoltagedoesnotexceed1000Va.c.or1500Vd.c.Themanufacturershallspecifythetype,ratingsandcharacteristicsaccordingtotherelevantstandardofanyincorporatedfuses.ThisstandarddoesnotapplytoequipmentcomingwithinthescopeofIEC60947-2,IEC60947-4-1andIEC60947-5-1;however,whenswitchesandfuse-combinationunitscomingintothescopeofthisstandardarenormallyusedtostart,accelerateand/orstopanindividualmotortheyshallalsocomplywiththeadditionalrequirementsgiveninannexA.TherequirementsforsinglepoleoperatedthreepoleswitchesareincludedinAnnexC.AuxiliaryswitchesfittedtoequipmentwithinthescopeofthisstandardshallcomplywiththerequirementsofIEC60947-5-1.Thisstandarddoesnotincludetheadditionalrequirementsnecessaryforelectricalapparatusforexplosivegasatmospheres.NOTE1Dependingonitsdesign,aswitch(ordisconnector)canbereferredtoas"arotaryswitch(disconnector)","cam-operatedswitch(disconnector)","knife-switch(disconnector)",etc.NOTE2Inthisstandard,theword"switch"alsoappliestotheapparatusreferredtoinFrenchas"commutateurs",intendedtomodifytheconnectionsbetweenseveralcircuitsandinteraliatosubstituteapartofacircuitforanother.NOTE3Ingeneral,throughoutthisstandardswitches,disconnectors,switch-disconnectorsandfuse-combinationunitswillbereferredtoas"equipment".Theobjectofthisstandardistostatea)thecharacteristicsoftheequipment;b)theconditionswithwhichtheequipmentshallcomplywithreferenceto1)operationandbehaviourinnormalservice;2)operationandbehaviourincaseofspecifiedabnormalconditions,e.g.shortcircuit;3)dielectricproperties;c)thetestsforconfirmingthattheseconditionshavebeenmetandthemethodstobeadoptedforthesetests;d)theinformationtobemarkedontheequipmentormadeavailablebythemanufacturer,e.g.inthecatalogue.
