【摘要】:Part1ofthisseriesspecifiestheapplicationinterfacetoSmartCardsduringtheusagephase,usedasSecureSignatureCreationDevices(SSCD)accordingtotheTermsoftheEuropeanDirectiveonElectronicSignature1999/93toenableinteroperabilityandusageasSSCDonanationalorEuropeanlevel.ThisdocumentdescribesthemandatoryservicesfortheusageofSmartCardsasSSCDsbasedonCENCWA14890(allparts).Thiscoversthesigningfunction,storageofcertificates,therelateduserverification,establishmentanduseoftrustedpathandchannel,requirementsforkeygenerationandtheallocationandformatofresourcesrequiredfortheexecutionofthosefunctionsandrelatedcryptographictokeninformation.TherebythefunctionalityofCWA14890-1isenhancedinthefollowingareas:--DeviceauthenticationwithEllipticCurves(ELC)forexistingasymmetricauthenticationprotocols(RSATransport,PrivacyProtocol),--Enhancementofexistingasymmetricauthenticationprotocolsduetoprivacyandnon-traceabilityconstraints,--CardVerifiable(CV)CertificateFormats(selfdescriptive)withELCforalltypesofauthenticationandauthorizationprotocols,--SecureMessagingTagsanduseofcommandswithOdd-INSCodeincompliancetotheactualISO/IEC7816-4,--Furtherhashalgorithms(SHA2-family)withcorrespondingObjectidentifierandAlgorithmreferences,--UseofAESinauthenticationprotocols,--UseofAESforsecuremessaging.Thefollowingitemsareoutofscope:1)Thephysical,electricalandtransportprotocolcharacteristicsofthecard,2)Theexternalsignaturecreationprocessandsignatureenvironment,3)TheelementsrequiredtoverifyanelectronicsignatureproducedbyacardusedasaSSCD,4)Theerrorhandlingprocess.
