【摘要】:WARNING—SomeofthetestsdescribedinthisInternationalStandardareconsideredhazardous.Itis,therefore,essentialthat,inconductingthesetests,allappropriatesafetyprecautionsbestrictlyadheredto.Attentionisdrawntothedangerofburst,finejets(whichcanpenetratetheskin)andenergyreleaseofexpandinggases.Toreducethehazardofenergyrelease,bleedairoutoftestspecimenspriortopressuretesting.Testsshallbesetupandperformedbyproperlytrainedpersonnel.ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesuniformmethodsforthetestingandperformanceevaluationofmetallictubeconnections,studendsforportsandflangeconnectionsforuseinhydraulicfluidpowerapplications.ThisInternationalStandarddoesnotapplytothetestingofhydraulicquick-actioncouplings,whichiscoveredbyISO7241-2.TestsoutlinedinthisInternationalStandardareindependentofeachotheranddocumentthemethodtofollowforeachtest.SeetheappropriatecomponentInternationalStandardforwhichteststoconductandforperformancecriteria.Forqualificationoftheconnector,theminimumnumberofsamplesspecifiedinthisInternationalStandardistested,unlessotherwisespecifiedintherelevantconnectorstandardorasagreeduponbythemanufacturerandtheuser.
